All information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.SYNOGICS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

3. Partner/Dealer/Installer Responsibilities:

By registering, you agree to: Perform installations professionally and safely. Respect customer property and privacy. Maintain courteous and respectful conduct. Address and resolve any post-installation issues reported by customers.

4. Verification and Approval :

Your application will be subject to verification.SYNOGICS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD reserves the right to approve or reject any registration without reason.

5. Commission and Payments :

Partner/Dealer/Installer may be eligible for commissions as agreed during onboarding. Payments will be made via preferred channels after successful service completion.

6. Termination :

SYNOGICS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD may terminate your account anytime for misconduct or violations. You may also request account termination.

7. Code of Conduct :

Partner/Dealer/Installer must follow professional behavior — no harassment, discrimination, or unethical practices. Communication with customers and support must be prompt.

8. Limitation of Liability :

SYNOGICS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is not liable for any damages resulting from your services.Partner/Dealer/Installer are responsible for their own insurance and compliance.

9. Amendments :

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or website notice.

10. Governing Law :

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
